Demographically, high school students make up one of the largest job-seeking groups in the country. As employers interview these young people for any variety of part-time jobs, they are often put off by the way a student dresses or colors his or her hair. They may also be bothered by tattoos and/orbody piercings. For employers, this appearance does not fit what they want for their business. To these teens, they are being discriminated against for how they choose to live.
